D. G. Yuengling & Son’s, America’s oldest brewery has come out in support of Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump, and some of the beer’s faithful drinkers ain’t happy.
Yuengling brewery was founded in 1829, which makes it the oldest in the US, even surviving Prohibition in the 1920s with their ingenious “near beer“.
On Monday, Eric Trump, Donald Trump’s son, visited the brewery in Pottsville, Pennsylvania, while campaigning for his father. “This is an amazing American success story,” Trump said during a brief news conference at the brewery. “We need a lot more of these.”
“My father’s going to make it a lot easier for business to function,” he declared. “We’re going to do it right here in the U.S.”
To which Dick Yuengling, owner of D.G. Yuengling & Son, responded “Our guys are behind your father, We need him in there.”
But fans of the brew do not share the same sentiment:

Yuengling is anti-labor and gross. Y'all should've stopped drinking ages ago.

Looks like I'll be drinking Landshark now that Yuengling's owners have endorsed Trump.
