At Constania Uitsig, we grow grapes and make wine, but we’re just as committed to growing and investing in our people too.

That’s why we’ve just unveiled the Uitsig Family Barn… it’s a space for our staff to feel at home and unwind when not hard at work in the vineyards or gardens.

Featuring a large dining space, tea and coffee making facilities, a computer corner, comfy couches and bathrooms with ample lockers, our entire team now enjoys a hearty, warm meal at lunch everyday.

There’s also a fully-kitted sick bay with a resident nurse who visits weekly and in the future, we hope to also offer our staff skills-based courses after-hours too.

And the best part? The impromptu marimba band that starts up most lunch times and leads to wild dancing and much laughter!
