The 2014 Creation Sumac Grenache was so tremendously popular that I’m pleased to announce the release of the limited edition (only 8 barrels!) 2015 Sumac Grenache, also from our Sumac vineyard.
The great thing about the Grenache is that it mirrors certain Pinot Noir characteristics – not so much in terms of the grape but more so in the taste. As the Hemel-en-Aarde is better known for its Pinot Noir the production of a single vineyard Grenache reflecting elegance and finesse is rather special.
As this release is very limited, the 2015 Sumac Grenache is only available by special pre-release to you, visitors to the cellar door and top restaurateurs – so don’t wait too long to place your order.
