Having won multiple accolades on the international stage, SA’s finest brandies inspired the launch of the Urban Brandy Cocktail Route – the ultimate experienced-based initiative. The UBCR presents a unique way to explore and appreciate brandy against the diverse backdrop of the cosmopolitan Cape Town cityscape – twenty venues spanning the peninsula, from Houtbay to Blouberg, form a route unrivalled anywhere else in the world.

The bespoke menu at each venue is influenced by fresh and exotic ingredients including the likes of ginger liqueur, peach extract and even peanut butter. All venues are firm favourites of mother city locals. From stylish and sophisticated to rustic or quirky, the UBCR ensures all visitors are thoroughly entertained.
