Some say Cape Town has it all; the beaches, the mountains, the vibe, and of course, First Thursdays.
Started a year ago, this monthly phenomenon sees the Mother City come to life as art galleries, bars and restaurants open their doors to the public with numerous specials, celebrations and extended hours.
Inspired by theses festivities, Simonsig is bringing first Thursdays to Stellenbosch. Only, to us, it’s all about bubbles.
From the 5th of November, every first Thursday of the Month will be known as First Fizzday. From 17:00 to 20:00 the Simonsig lawn will come alive with music, Kaapse Vonkel and delicious tapas prepared by Chef Lucas Carstens from Cuvée Restaurant.
Entry is free, with Kaapse Vonkel and snacks being offered at special prices.
