It’s that time of the year when consumers throughout South Africa are called upon to vote for their favourite in the annual Klink Awards, and the Franschhoek Bastille Festival has been nominated as one of South Africa’s best wine festivals.

This French inspired wine, food and lifestyle festival in Franschhoek, coincides with France’s Bastille Day festivities, and is the perfect excuse to wear your beret! This year the festival will be held during the weekend of 15 and 16 July so join us in sampling a selection of the valley’s superb wines and gourmet treats as the village is swept up in the celebrations with shops, restaurants and wine producers displaying their festive French flair.
