A: Viognier, a very good wine but different.

A: Bresse chicken, Black truffle, potatoes and butter…. I can easily find the two last ingredients but the first one’s are slightly more difficult to get.

A: Rainbow trout gravlax with watercress and anchovy mayonnaise paired with Circumstance Sauvignon Blanc 2010
Q: What is one unique thing are you afraid of?
A: That my wife puts me in charge of the household…I’m just useless when it comes to those things.
Q: You can only put one thing on your sandwich. What will it be?
A: Definitely salted butter
Q: Do you dance crazy when no one is looking?
A: No….. but I do air guitar sometimes, I would have loved to be a rock star, I guess I wasn’t talented enough

A: All the guys in the kitchen say ‘’FRENCH’’ so I’ll go for that answer.

A: Anywhere as long as my wife and our two dogs join me.

A: No but outside or on the car, yes.
