How to make a Chai Rooibos Gin and Ginger Ale Cocktail

The perfect winter drink to combat any incoming cold front.

Ingredients

50ml Cape Town Gin (Rooibos).
Cinnamon Sticks.
Cloves.
Cardamom.
Star Anise.
All Spice Berries.
Cinnamon, Sugar & Vanilla Mix.
Fitch & Leedes Ginger Ale.

Wet rim of glass and place in cinnamon, sugar & vanilla mix. Add a pinch of each spice per glass.
Fill with ice, top with gin and Fitch & Leedes Ginger Ale. Finish with a stir and cinnamon stick.
