In celebration of the summer season, Lanzerac’s Executive Chef Stephen Fraser has launched his new All Day Menu, to be enjoyed by diners from lunch through to dinner service. With clean and sophisticated plating, his new menu offers light, refreshing dishes, best accompanied by Lanzerac’s award-winning wines.

Drawing inspiration from his favourite flavours and dishes, Chef Stephen balances tasting notes and textures to celebrate the best produce of the season.

“Summer is such a joyous and happy time, and I wanted to create a menu which represented this renewed energy. The colors are vibrant and alive, popping each dish into an exciting dining experience” says Fraser. He goes onto say “we source ingredients from local producers where possible and each dish is prepared with the utmost care for our diners this summer.”
