Big Peat is a feisty Islay character but has a sweet side too – ‘he’ carries a big peaty (“phenolic”), beachy, oceanic, rather ashy selection of malts only from the island of Islay.

Stirling agency Pocket Rocket Creative has designed the packaging for Douglas Laing & Co. whisky brand Big Peat.

It features an illustration of the ‘Big Peat’ character reacting to the smoky, peaty and medicinal flavours of the Islay Blended Malt.
