Unlike entrance to Eton, it is not yet possible for a newborn baby of the right sort to have their name put down for a spot in the Royal Enclosure’s Car Park One, but the waiting list is a long one, and the clientele every bit as Rolls-Royce as many of the vehicles at this most exclusive of picnic sites.
