A month from today, August 31, the Epcot International Food and Wine Festival will open!  This year there will be 35 ?Marketplaces? around the World Showcase Lagoon and in Future World. If you have never been, you really should consider going.  The food is excellent! The Disney Parks Blog just posted about 9 dishes they recommend you try this year! 1. Crispy Chicken with Griddled Cornbread and Red-Eye Gravy at the Farm Fresh Marketplace is the trifecta of Southern cooking. 2. Sounds kooky, but the Teriyaki-glazed SPAM® Hash with Potatoes, Peppers, Onions and Spicy Mayonnaise is a winner in the Hawai’i Marketplace.
