The PSL investigation into the death of two fans at the Carling Black Label Champion Cup between Kaizer Chiefs and Orlando Pirates at FNB Stadium on July 29 has been terminated following ‘the institution of a Ministerial Committee of Inquiry’ by Sports Minister Thulas Nxesi.
