Budweiser Suspends Fairfield Brewing Operations Due To Wine Country Fires

Citing air quality and health concerns for its workers, Budweiser has suspended operations at its Bay Area brewery. The brewery is located in Fairfield, Solano County. Due to the Atlas Fire in Napa, officials issued mandatory evacuation orders on Monday night for several areas of Solano County, including Green Valley area, Twin Sisters Road and Joyce Lane. According to a spokesperson for Anheuser-Busch, the parent company of Budweiser, the brewery is not at risk, but “the heavy smoke in the area is making conditions difficult and the team has shut down operations until air quality improves.
