The Taj brings it all back home. 355 years after Jan van Riebeeck made the first vintage of SA wine from grapes grown in the Company’s Garden, wine is once again being retailed 100m from the First Vineyard.

Our Private Cellar showcases some of SA’s edgiest art while our Gallery showcases wines of character.

Interest in our Wine Gallery, the first in Africa, was such that we’ve doubled our premises to showcase art in a room Johannes Vermeer would have been at home in.

We’ve also extended our trading hours due to customer demand and are now open seven days a week, from noon until 7pm.
