With the holiday season almost upon us, the release of Creation’s 2015 Fine Cape Vintage (Port) could not have come at a better time. This is the estate’s second release of a fortified wine; the previous vintage was released at the end of 2014, selling out in less than two months. The 2015 vintage comprises only 1 000 x 375 ml bottles, each elegantly packed in its own black velvet bag. The perfect gift for putting under the wine connoisseur’s Christmas tree!

To celebrate and complement cellarmaster Jean-Claude Martin’s limited release 2015 Fine Cape Vintage the Creation Culinary Team created their exceptional Pear Mousse with Walnut Dust, Date Sponge, Port Poached Pear, Dried Apple, Violets, Coffee Foam and Baby Toffee Apples.
