Fans of  Cinsaut are in for a treat with the release of Rietvallei’s maiden vintage of 2015 DARK CIN Cinsaut. The varietal is after many years a “hot topic” in the industry and this wine from Rietvallei, situated in Robertson, does the varietal proud.

The 2015 vintage is made from a single vineyard planted in 2012 on a northwest-facing slope. The clone is 756 and the soil type is calcareous. The vines are trellised and under drip irrigation.

The delicious new release is available from the farm for R85 a bottle.
