While radio personality and entrepreneur Sbusiso Leope, also known as DJ Sbu,

says he will approach the South African Bereau of Standards (SABS) regarding a fake mark of approval on his energy drink, authorities there say they’ve already approached a legal team.

The SABS confirmed yesterday that also known as DJ Sbu’s controversial energy drink, Mofaya has not been approved by officials and displays the statutory body’s logo illegally.

The SABS’ Frank Makamo said, “It is being handled by the legal department and my legal team has met with the company in question.”
