Say Hallo to Sushi Sundays at Nobu

Nobu Cape Town bids the weekend adieu in style with their Sushi Sundays specials.

There’s no such thing as the Sunday blues at One&Only Cape Town. With an enviable position in the heart of the ever-busy V&A Waterfront and a constant to and fro of guests, there’s always something happening at this world-class hotel. At in-house restaurant Nobu Cape Town, recent Top 10 achiever in the 2011 Eat Out Dstv Food Network Restaurant Awards, Sunday evenings are about winding up the weekend with a platter of the best sushi in the city.

A new offering at this ultra stylish restaurant is Sushi Sundays. From Sunday, March 4th, Nobu Cape Town will be offering their Sushi Sundays in the restaurant lounge from 6pm until 9pm. Guests will be encouraged to linger over cocktails such as the famed Nobu Saketini or any of the many outstanding wines by the glass on offer while indulging in the exquisitely prepared sushi that has helped put this global restaurant brand on the map. The ideal way to wind down the weekend or perhaps to start the evening’s proceedings, Sushi Sundays at Nobu are set to become a Cape Town institution.

What sets the sushi at Nobu Cape Town apart from any others in the city is of course the pedigree of the chefs preparing it and the quality of the fish and seafood used. An ancient art, true sushi masters spend many years perfecting their craft and the renowned level of excellence at Nobu restaurants around the world is what has helped put it on the global gourmet map. Award winning chef Hideki Maeda and his brigade are meticulous in their preparation of exquisite looking and sublime tasting sushi and aficionados around the globe agree that Nobu sushi is a delicacy without compare.

Sushi Sundays will be priced at R150 per person and include 8 pieces of assorted nigiri and 6 pieces of sushi cut roll.
