Ingredients

25ml La Leona Tequila
125ml tea
1 tbsp Caster sugar
Fresh Lemon
Fresh Mint
Fitch & Leedes Bitter Lemon

Dissolve sugar into freshly brewed hot tea. Allow time to cool. Mix tea and La Leona Tequila and pour into a glass filled with ice, lemon and fresh mint. Top with Fitch & Leedes Bitter Lemon.
