Tell us a little about yourself?
I am a hotelier by trade: I graduated top of my class with a Hospitality Management Diploma through Granger Bay Hotels School, in conjunction with Protea Hotels, and then joined their team as the Food & Beverage Manager at Gold Reef City in Johannesburg. After 3 years in the park, I decided to spread my wings and go overseas. My passion for new places, cultures and hospitality has taken me to Dubai, United Kingdom and Italy, in the capacity of Hotel General Manager. I spent 7 years in the UK and said farewell to Hotel Management in 2007, after which I ventured into Corporate Market and Events Management.
