Hip-hop star Warren G is set to show off his knowledge of fine wines after signing up to become the face of an American wine company.

The Regulate hitmaker has teamed with bosses at 120-year-old Californian brand Bronco Wine Company to front promotional campaigns for their Allure Moscato range in an effort to reach urban markets.

The wine is offered in two different flavours, Allure Moscato and Allure Pink Moscato, and the rapper is particularly fond of the rose.

He says, “Who would’ve known that my favourite Moscato, Allure, would ask me to be their brand partner. It’s exciting to be in the wine business, and I know we can bring a lot of pleasure to our consuming audience. I’m looking forward to sharing my favourite pink Moscato with everyone.”

Bronco Wine Company CEO Fred Franzia adds, “We’re very pleased to be working with Warren G, who has the bright, lively style of our Allure wines, and the same belief in top quality and value. I’m impressed by Warren G’s interest in wines, and I know we’re going to have a big success.”
