We are delighted to announce that Fairview Wine and Cheese Owner Charles Back was awarded the prestigious International Wine Challenge (IWC) Lifetime Achievement Award in London on Wednesday 16 July.

We’re so proud of our 2013 La Beryl Blanc, which was recognised with a gold award at this year’s Decanter World Wine Awards (DWWA).

Situated in the Paarl Winelands, Fairview Wine and Cheese Farm is home to a large community of staff and their families.

The annual La Capra Goat Run will set off from Fairview on 4 October this year.

Back in 2008 Fairview, along with Cape Nature, implemented a conservation management program on the farm and surrounds.

As anticipated, Labneh has become a firm favourite amongst local health heroes and foodie fanatics alike.

Have you visited Fairview’s ever-expanding deli lately?

We are proud to announce the release of our free range strained yoghurt.
