f you’re a frequent Vegas vacationer, then you’ve already seen people walking along the Strip with yard-long margaritas and all sorts of fun, festive drinks. But the Las Vegas Strip offers so many other drinks you have yet to try.

Here’s our rundown of the latest-and greatest, must-try cocktails. We picked two of our favorites from each venue, just because it’s too difficult to narrow it to one! Bottoms up, ladies and gents.

BOUND, THE CROMWELL

Award-winning and world-renowned mixologist Salvatore Calabrese brings his carefully-crafted libations to The Cromwell, the Strip’ s newest boutique hotel. Calabrese has 30-plus years in the business, starting in Italy and later having establishments in London. At Bound, experience his fine creations and relax in the bar’s intimate, dimly-lit setting. All cocktails are $16; beers start at $10.

  • Famous Breakfast Martini: Salvatore’s signature drink consists of Bombay Sapphire gin, Cointreau (orange-flavored liqueur), fresh lemon juice and orange marmalade.
  • Keep Me Awake Bro: Peroni beer-flavored espresso with Botran Solera rum, Galliano liqueur, honey syrup and spices.

VISTA COCKTAIL LOUNGE, CAESARS PALACE

Located just off the casino floor at Caesars Palace, VISTA Cocktail Lounge is the perfect spot to get your drink on as a warm-up to a night at OMNIA Nightclub or after taking in a show at The Colosseum. The sophisticated setting, enhanced by LED screens displaying programmed skylines from around the world, is the perfect perch for people-watching and cocktail-imbibing.

  • Del Toro: Feeling bullish? You will after trying this combination of Patrón Silver tequila, Chambord, pineapple and lime.
  • The Bannister: A British-inspired concoction consisting of Bombay Sapphire Gin, dry vermouth, apricot brandy, lemon, bitters and egg white.
