Apple Cranberry Mimosas

These fun and festive 3-ingredient Apple Cranberry Mimosas from thecrumbykitchen will make any holiday breakfast extra special. Don’t forget the cinnamon-sugar rim!

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup apple cider
  • 1/4 cup cranberry juice
  • Champagne or sparkling wine

Garnish

  • Frozen cranberries
  • Apple slices 
  • Honey (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Combine the cinnamon and granulated sugar in a small, wide-mouthed bowl. Rub the rim of 2 champagne glasses with a bit of honey, then dip them in the cinnamon-sugar blend. Set aside.
  2. Divide the apple cider and cranberry juice in the prepared glasses. Add frozen cranberries to each glass, then carefully top with champagne until glasses are filled to the top. Garnish with apple slices.

  • 4L Orange Ocean Hawaiian Punch chilled
  • 1/2L Dole Pineapple Juice chilled

  • 2 ounces bourbon

  • 2 (2 Quart) Spiced Apple Cider (1 Gallon)
  • 1 (16 0z) whipping cream
  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a Slow Cooker. Whisk it well.
  2. Cover and set your slow cooker on LOW until it reaches your desired temperature (about two hours usually) and then put it on WARM.
  3. Stir well and then ladle it into your favorite mug!
  4. It will stay yummy all day long as long as you are stirring it occasionally and cover it back up when it’s not being consumed.
