Laborie Brut

This pale straw coloured Méthode Cap Classique shows a vibrant intensity, yet remains elegant and fine in style. On the nose it shows aromas of Golden Delicious apples, grapefruit and orange peel with hints of subtle yeastiness and brioche. The palate is creamy with a fine, textured mousse and lingering, crisp finish – all perfectly integrated for pure enjoyment.

Darling Cellars Blanc de Blanc Brut

Delicate citrus and apple notes on the nose are supported by ripe apple and brioche aromas from 100% Chardonnay grapes.

Boplaas Pinot Noir Sparkling

A blushing cherry-pink coloured wine with a bouquet abounding with fresh strawberry, sweet raspberry, red cherry aromas and a hint of spice, which follow through on the crisp and refreshing palate with its fine, yet persistent bubble.

Graham Beck Brut Rose NV
Aromas of raspberries, cherries and a few secondary whiffs of minerality. A lively mousse but fine in the mouth, with subtle red berry flavours enlivened by bright acids. Brisk on the palate, showing hints of oyster shell and fresh lavender. Flirtatious and fun, yet elegant and structured, it’s perfect for all seasons and settings.

Moreson Miss Molly Bottle Fermented

The bubble on this bottle fermented bubbly is a touch lazy – but there are lovely flavours of ripe apple, citrus and honeyed straw. Good sweet-sour tension going on too and a lingering aftertaste. Chardonnay (79%) Chenin Blanc (21%)
