The fact that each region imparts special qualities to our wines is evident in this Sauvignon Blanc,” adds Pieter who recommends serving this invigorating wine with fresh lightly seasoned seafood delicacies such as mussels, shellfish, Thai dishes or green salads dressed in subtle vinaigrette.

If you enjoy trying out new things, Pieter recommends substituting the table salt in your recipes with an artisanal alternative such as Black Lava or local Khoisan Flaked salt. “It just adds an extra dimension to your dish and really brings out the full flavour profile of the Sauvignon Blanc.” he concludes.
