Black Bean and Roasted Corn Veggie Burgers

Whether you don’t eat meat at all, or want to cut down on your meat consumption, trust me when I say this veggie burger will do the trick. It’s a black bean and roasted corn veggie burger that’ll make your mouth water.

Ingredients

29 ounce can, black beans
1 cup breadcrumbs
1/3 cup red onion, minced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 cup chopped cilantro
1 egg
1/2 tsp sea salt
Pinch cracked pepper
1 cup roasted corn
Olive Oil
Cheddar cheese
4 Hamburger Buns
Sliced Tomato
Lettuce

Total : 45 mins
