Black Tea Prevents Stroke and Diabetes

Black tea, with its rich, full-bodied flavour does not only bring delight to the taste buds, it’s also overflowing with medical advantages.

Health Council of the Netherlands, an independent scientific body that advises the country’s parliament suggests people to drink three to five cups of tea on a daily basis.
