This Blue Hurricane wine cocktail is going to whisk you away and make you want to pull out the lawn chair, find some sun and bask the day away.
Ingredients
- 30 ml vodka
- 30 ml Leopard’s Leap Unwooded Chardonnay
- 30 ml Blue Curaçao
- 30 ml Pineapple Juice
- 60 ml Soda Water
- 30 ml lemon juice
- Garnish: pineapple wedge and cocktail umbrella
Instructions
- Add all ingredients, except the soda water, into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled. (Or blend all ingredients with ice in a blender.).
- Strain into a Hurricane glass over crushed or pebble ice. (Or pour from blender into glass with no ice).
- Top up with Soda Water
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge and cocktail umbrella.
- Say cheers to a making it through a hurricane of a year!
