In the spirit of Cape Town’s trendy casual dining scene, Liberty’s Restaurant is introducing a daily slider and craft beer special menu.

DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Cape Town, Upper Eastside’s new addition to their contemporary dining menu will be offered for just R110 everyday for lunch and dinner. The menu includes 3 mini sliders paired with a local craft beer, with live music at the hotel on Tuesday and Thursday evenings!

Try the Moroccan spiced lamb burger topped with tzatziki for some Middle Eastern flair. Next, add on the flavours of a South African ostrich burger with sweet cranberries and melted brie. Then, finish indulging with an Asian BBQ inspired chicken Char Siu burger. Each of the patties are on soft freshly baked rolls sourced from the nearby Woodstock Bakery, with most of the fresh greens coming straight from the hotels’ rooftop vegetable garden. The salty sweet dishes come together with scrumptious sweet potato crisps and are all paired with a craft beer of choice.

Guests can chose from a range of locally made beer sourced from some of Cape Town’s best local breweries. Inspired by their close proximity to Devils Peak Brewing Company, a leader in local craft beer, DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Cape Town, Upper Eastside, have made sure to use the best in local brew.
