Cape Leopard Spotted Roaming Around Wine Farm In Franschhoek

While most of us are on lockdown at home the animal kingdom is taking full advantage of the current Covid-19 pandemic. The past week or so, various online videos and images surfaced of wildlife showing off across South Africa.

In a most recent incident, a Cape Leopard was spotted roaming around L’Ormarins, the main estate in the Anthonij Rupert Wyne portfolio in Franschhoek.

It is likely the leopard roams the vineyards planted on the slopes of the Groot Drakenstein mountains due to the lack of human activity.

The leopard was caught on camera making its way around the area and the video was shared on Twitter.
