Like many people, every now and again I find it nice to have a glass of fizz; you know on a special occasion, but I sometimes find myself not wanting to open a bottle because I know only a glass or two will get drunk and I hate the waste. Well, this clever little device answers my prayers. It effectively re-plugs the bottle, keeping champagne and sparkling wine fresh for longer. Not forever, of course. But long enough.
