“Signature Living” is a lifestyle series with a twist – Reuben Riffel will not only be presenting but will also be cooking some amazing dishes: Pistachio olive oil cake with Red wine and black pepper gelato, Scallop ceviche with fennel, citrus and tarragon and Braised lamb shoulder with peas and soft polenta to name but a few.

Lanzerac’s Cellar Master, Wynand Lategan, will be cooking with Reuben on Wednesday 11 December 18h00 – 18h30. Reuben will prepare a main course and dessert; the main dish will then be paired with some of the best wines Lanzerac has to offer.

Main Course – Pan roasted line fish with fresh water marron and vanilla butter sauce

Side Dish – Asparagus and heirloom beets

Dessert – Vanilla Panna Cotta
