Delicious Mid Summer Nights At Boschendal Farm

BOSCHENDAL’S annual Night Markets are in full swing, making for a beautiful and safe night out with family and friends this summer.

Situated in the historic Werf courtyard, visitors can expect all their favourite Boschendal fresh farm produce and Night Market treats by Executive Chef Allistaire Lawrence and his team. Expect woodfired pizzas, gourmet burgers and a smorgasbord of deli delights. And if that’s not enough, there’s also aromatic Indian cuisine plus fresh shucked oysters paired with a bottle of Boschendal MCC.

All in all, it’s a relaxed evening of wining and dining accompanied by local live music so bring along a picnic blanket and enjoy the night sky.

Comprehensive COVID-19 protocols apply. Temperature screening is taken at the Boschendal Farm entrance and a capacity limit applies to adhere to social distancing; it’s therefore advised to arrive early to avoid disappointment. Face masks are obligatory and no cash payments are accepted; card facilities are available as well as Zapper and Snapscan.

Children are welcome if accompanied by an adult guardian. Alternatively, kids ages 5-14 can be booked in at Boschendal’s The Tree House for supervised festive fun from 6pm to 9pm. They will  be treated to a variety of festive crafts, African drumming and an outdoor movie with popcorn. R200 per child includes food & snacks.

The Boschendal Night Markets are held every Friday until end April 2021 between the hours of 6pm to 9pm. Dogs, aka fur children, are also welcome to join the fun too, as long as they’re kept on a leash.

Ahead of the Festive Season, there are also two Saturday Morning Markets.  December 12th includes a Wreath Making Workshop and then 19th provides an ideal opportunity for the last-minute shopper to ensure that Christmas stockings are filled with clever presents.
