Jordan Wine Estate is launching their wildly popular picnics again this September following huge successes last year! Dream the day away on the lush lawns overlooking the Stellenbosch valley with a glass of wine in one hand and freshly baked bread in the other – bliss. The picnic basket for two is filled to the brim with delectable treats from The Bakery at Jordan, and includes a bottle of wine from our Chameleon range.

Price: R595 per basket sharing for two people
We serve seasonal menus at Jordan so the baskets will be subject to change. An example basket will include:
- Selection of locally produced hard and soft cheeses: Camembert, Brie, Stanford, Boerenkaas
- Jordan estate olives, grown and prepared on the estate
- Selection of charcuterie: Italian coppa, Parma ham, South African biltong, salami
- Homemade preserves and spreads: Tzatziki, roasted red pepper and crème fraiche spread, garlic aioli, beetroot chutney, chicken liver and brandy paté
- Salad of the day
- Selection of fresh wood-fired breads: Ciabatta, baguette, garlic & herb pita triangles
- Something sweet from The Bakery: Select per person either a lemon tart, chocolate tart, peanut butter blondie with Amarula buttercream, or two blocks of English fudge
- Bottle of wine from our Chameleon range
