Newly single Ellie Goulding has the perfect cold remedy: tequila.

The British singer admitted she had a terrible cold while performing poolside at a private party to launch her MAC Cosmetics line on Wednesday night during Art Basel Miami Beach.

‘I’m going to drink my way through it,’ she told the crowd at the Miami Beach Edition hotel. ‘I’ve had a few tequilas. It’s for the best. I’m feeling quite good actually.’
