The main attraction is a 250g beef sirloin, wild mushroom ragout, Jordan Estate red wine jus, and a loaded crushed potato served with Normandy-style root vegetable almondine for the table to share.
For vegetarians, enjoy homemade potato gnocchi, truffled wild mushroom velouté, toasted walnuts, and roasted cocktail tomato confit.
End on a sweet note with a baked orange croissant torte with dark chocolate ganache & hazelnut praline.
