Elmarie was born with a passion for food. She has the gift to capture personality and elegance on a single plate. For her it lies in the taste. Her love affair with food started at a young age and her passion was nurtured at various restaurants and hotels. Her enthusiasm extends to her love of wine and she delights in being able to combine this with different flavours of food from all over the world. Elmarie loves nothing more than to make intricate food recipes easier for people to interpret while making easy food look and taste amazing.  Her presentation on a plate is picture perfect whilst capturing the personality of her host.

Situated in the heart of the Stellenbosch Winelands, Lanzerac Wine Estate boasts no less 12 wines in its impressive portfolio, which is divided into the Heritage and Premium wine ranges. Whether you prefer the serious Mrs English Chardonnay or iconic Pinotage, cellar master Wynand Lategan has taken great care in creating a range of diverse wines suited to any occasion.

Your tailor made Lanzerac Dining Experience costs R650 per person and includes a four-course meal as well as the wines.
