Fine Dining with Craig Cormack and Adoro Wines

For those of us who revel in fine wines, also delight in fine dining and often combine the two for a supreme culinary experience.For the month of love, Adoro Wines has created two short video blogs showcasing one of South Africa’s top chefs, Craig Cormack, as he pairs simple yet eloquent cuisine with their Adoro Naudé White Blend 2009 and Adoro Three Regions Sauvignon Blanc 2009.

Chef Craig Cormack started his career 26 odd years ago with humble beginnings when he was enlisted to assist in the kitchens during his national service training in the airforce. Since then he has reached new heights in the hospitality industry, having been a successful chef patron and restaurateur at Sofia’s on Morgenster Wine and Olive Estate in Somerset West, as well as a partner in the acclaimed Overture restaurant at Hidden Valley Wines in Stellenbosch, running a popular catering company, All Things Culinary, with his business partner Bertus Basson.
