Enjoy a selection of award-winning whiskies from Bain’s and Three Ships, each paired with fine food, in the company of whisky expert Linda Christensen.

Welcoming drink:
Bain’s Leopard
Lime cocktail or TSW Royal Buxton cocktail

Paired dinner:
Starter paired with Bain’s:
Choice of hand rolled prawn and feta/ boeboetie or vegetable springroll with sweet chilli relish and baby leaf flourish

Main paired with Three Ships 5 year old:
Grain fed 200g Sirloin/rump with choice of hand cut skinny fries, sweet potato mash or green salad AND blue cheese sauce

Haloumi salad:
Desert paired with TSW 10YO Single Malt
Traditional Malva bathed in crème Anglaise with a twist of orange zest or Fine textured,dark, rich chocolate pudding baked to order and offset with a dollop vanilla ice-cream and a twist of orange zest
