Get Your Gin and Juice On With Snoop Dogg’s New Indoggo Gin

Rapper Snoop Dogg has just dropped his own gin brand for fans to sip on, almost exactly 25 years after the release of his hit song “Gin & Juice”.

Indoggo Gin is gluten-free and described as “laid back” and “smooth like the D.O. double G”  and made with seven botanicals, including orange, coriander and cassia, and infused with a strawberry flavour. It has been distilled five times and is made with no added sugar.

The $30 bottles are expected to launch first in California in late September, then continue across the U.S. through early 2021.

“I can’t wait for the world to taste my remix on gin!” Snoop said in a press release. “When I wrote ‘Gin & Juice’ back in ’94 it was about good feelings and real experiences, it just naturally became a global anthem.”

Snoop Dogg partnered with his friend Keenan Towns, a drinks supplier that develops celebrity wine and spirits brands, and importer Prestige Beverage Group, on the development of the gin.

According to Towns, the cofounder of Trusted Spirits, it took Snoop the “Gin Connoisseur”, two years to develop the juicy and refreshing taste profile.

This isn’t the first time that Snoop is getting people excited about sippin’ on gin and juice.

In 2018, the “Drop It Like It’s Hot” rapper took the stage at the BottleRock Napa Valley music festival to break the Guinness World Record for the largest paradise cocktail, making over 132 gallons of his gin, brandy and orange juice concoction.
