Ginger Ale and De-Alcolised White Wine Mocktail

Ditching alcohol during January has become a trend. Celebrate a sober you with this ginger ale and de-alcolised mocktail, developed by Leopard’s Leap.

Being de-alcoholised, the Natura is made from a traditional alcoholic wine from which the alcohol has been extracted to leave no more than 0.5% abv.

Ingredients

1 litre Ginger ale

1 bottle Leopard’s Leap Natura De-alc White

1 punnet raspberries rinsed and drained

Method

Combine all ingredients in a large pitcher and stir to combine.

Serve in the fancy glass of your choice.
