How to Make a Tequila-Spiked Coffee That Actually Tastes Good

Today we’ve got something that’ll put the heat of the Cancun sun right in your palms and the sickly burn of the local firewater straight in your belly –  the Tequila Coffee!

Ingredients

¾ cup of filter coffee

1 shot Tequila

1/2 shot Kahlua

Whipped Cream (optional)

Instructions

1. Add coffee, tequila, Kahlua, and brown sugar into a coffee cup.

2. Take your heavy whipping cream and whisk it until it’s thick and viscous. Even when you think you’re done, keep whipping.

3. Pour the cream carefully over the back of the bar spoon and let it sit on top of the coffee.

4. Garnish with a zested orange twist.

5. Swallow!
