Backsberg Wine Estate is looking for a dynamic Tasting Room Manager who will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the tasting room and guest experience at Backsberg Estate Cellars.

Requirements:

• Passion for and knowledge of fine wine, and willingness to learn more
• Excellent hospitality, sales, organisational, and customer service skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Customer service oriented
• Proficient IT skills
• Experience in tasting room sales OR a similar customer service oriented position
• Must be available and willing to work weekends and occasional evenings.
