Jamie Oliver blames booze for England’s poor cuisine

A few years ago Jamie Oliver blamed the booze culture for England’s poor cuisine. The celebrity chef even went so far to state that better food can be found in the slums of South Africa.

Jamie suggests that English people care more about getting drunk than eating well. Although England is one of the richest countries in the world, there exists an unhealthy culture of alcohol according to Jamie.

The good news is that Jamie does not hate booze. He enjoys a drink every now and again and his favourite beer is Guinness. When his not drinking it, he cooks with it. Who can blame him? Over 10 million glasses of Guinness are sold every day. Are you doing your part? That’s quite a high quota to fill.
