Following the success over the past three years of Yumcious™ in De Waterkant, celebrity chef and renowned food personality, Jenny Morris, decided to open her second restaurant in the heart of Durbanville.

Located in the De Ville Shopping Centre, the 150 seater restaurant serves up fresh and hearty dishes that cater to just about any palate.

Fans of homely, healthy, uncomplicated and seasonal food will be able to enjoy the bountiful KiloTable™ at Yumcious™.  The flavours range from good old ‘boerekos’ to Indian cuisine and can be enjoyed either inside the restaurant or outside on the patio.

The KiloTable™ features a range of seasonal dishes from melting slow roasted pork belly and crispy crackling, rare roast beef and mustard, beef schnitzel smothered with a chunky mushroom sauce to succulent lemon and thyme scented roast chicken, crispy roasted potatoes, cauliflower and cheese, seasonal vegetables and loads of scrumptious fragrant salads. For the more adventurous palate, there are a variety of curries, Thai dishes and Moroccan Tagines to tuck into. You dish up, the team weighs and you pay according to the weight of the plate.

Tuck into the feast, but make sure you leave some room for dessert! To satisfy the diners with a sweet tooth there are moist carrot cakes, rich chocolate cakes, chewy meringues and lots more.

A breakfast and lunch à la carte menu is also available and it includes delicious omelettes, salads and quiches.

To complement the menu offering, Yumcious™ is fully licenced to serve up cocktails, beers and a selection of wines.

Monday to Sunday: 8 am to 6 pm

Wednesday to Saturday: 6 pm – 10 pm
