Kylie Jenner Applies For Drinks Trademarks

Kylie Jenner, the world’s youngest billionaire, is planning to break into the alcohol business.

The 21-year-old model and Instagram mogul has filed a series of trademarks that would allow her to set up all manner of drinks brands, from a wine label to her own cocktail bar.

The beauty applied for trademarks for both “Kylie Jenner” and “Kylie” last week, two of which can be used for wine, beer, RTD cocktail or spirits labels, non-alcoholic cocktail bases and mixers. She has also applied to use the mark for restaurants, bars and cocktail lounges, reports TMZ.

She is not the first member of the Kardashian/Jenner clan to venture into drinks. Khloe Kardashian released a sparkling liqueur in 2014 – described as blend of fruit juices, white wine, vodka and Cognac infused with “Champagne-like bubbles” – produced by the US-based Heaven Hill Distilleries.
