Never prepared to rest on their laurels and always eager to treat their guests to new culinary adventures, the Creation team have just relaunched their Charcuterie Pairing Menu. The new offering features a feast of four courses, each comprising an award-winning Creation wine perfectly paired with an artisanal meat cut and accompanying side dishes.
“In line with our philosophy of creating distinctive wines expressing our unique terroir, is our belief that ‘what grows together, goes together’,” says Creation pairing expert, Carolyn Martin. “As with all our other pairing menus, our new charcuterie menu is based on fresh, locally grown produce.” Only the finest seasonal ingredients from selected local suppliers are used and at present more than 80% come from neighbours in the Overberg region.
