Angostura aromatic bitters has launched a #BittersForBeginners video tutorial series to show everyone just how quick and easy it is to make the most delicious bittered mocktails and cocktails!
First up was a rum favourite:
Cloak & Dagger
Ingredients
- 60ml Dark Rum
- 30ml Lemon Juice
- 30ml Agave Nectar
- 1 Egg White
- 5 drops Angostura aromatic bitters
Instructions
- Add rum, lemon juice, agave nectar and egg white (at room temperature) together and dry shake.
- Add ice and then shake well again.
- Strain into an old fashioned glass. Float bitters on top and dust with cinnamon powder.
Angostura Sour
Ingredients
- 30ml Angostura aromatic bitters
- 30ml Lemon juice
- 30ml Demerara simple syrup
- 1 egg white
Instructions
Add all in a shaker and shake once. Then shake with ice and double strain into a chilled coupe/sour glass.
